“The only ‘Get Well’ card that may actually improve your health!”

Now there’s a quote for you. How can a get well card make you feel better, both psychologically and physiologically?

When we don’t feel well, of course a positive message on a card can make us happy, maybe even feel better, but it’s short term.

Several year’s back, I decided to create 3 get well cards that added another concept to a ‘get well’ card. I added a fluorescent yellow-green dot to the inner card, based on the research of neuropsychologist Dr. Brian Costello.

Dr. Costello discovered that if you visually condition yourself using the fluorescent yellow-green dot, which is at a specific optical frequency, your brain produces more alpha brain waves. Alpha waves cause you to relax, reducing stress, pain, blood pressure, and heart rate, improving your overall health.

The card of course can be viewed over and over again. Continued viewing improves the user’s outcome.
