One of my favorite Pixar movies is “Coco.” It’s a wonderful animation about a little boy named Miguel, who travels to the Land of the Dead, during Dia de los Muertos. Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), is a multi-day holiday observed by family and friends who gather to pay their respects to loved ones who have died.

I recently watched the movie again, and it got me thinking about what might be remembered about me. Kind of strange to think that one day my physical body will not be on earth.
It occurred to me that everything that I have put in this blog (posts, music, ideas, photographs) will become my ‘digital footprint.’ Hopefully, it will still be floating around in cyberspace long after I am gone.
My genetic line will disappear after my death, but my digital DNA will survive. Will it matter to anyone else who stumbles upon it? Perhaps not, but it matters to me now, and well, that makes me happy.
Creation is life – therefore be creative; without creativity, life ceases to exist. So go make something, and above all — Be Happy!
