Dreaming

I have been a student of dreams and lucid dreaming for many years. I have even invented a few devices to enhance dream outcomes as pictured below.

Here’s a quote by Carl G. Jung, Swiss Psychologist, that I have always liked:

“A dream that is not understood remains a mere occurrence; understood it becomes a living experience.”

In our lifetime we spend about 25 years sleeping, and six or more years of that time is spent dreaming. Dreams are critical to our health and the formation of memories. Without the dreaming function, the front of our heads would be the size of basketballs. Think about that for a minute.

I find dreams fascinating! In dreams, all things are possible – even flying on the back of a hammerhead shark.
